Designed and built in 1909, Newe Tzedek house was part of the first neighborhood established outside the walls of Jaffa. Based on a modern concept of suburban living, Mansion Houses were planned with attention to all aspects of infrastructure, comfort and health. With a garden, running water and easy access to roads, they were designed to set an example for Jewish suburban settlements all over the country.

The careful conservation of the appearance of the original building was key in the successful transformation of Newe Tzedk House, which now includes a new and sophisticated residential annex as well as an attractive storefront.

The 4-room apartments are designed to high standards and feature a luxurious finish.
